Our individual counseling provides one-on-one therapy to go over specific issues such as grief, depression, anxiety, ADHD, anger, relationship, or anything else you want to address. You have a safe place where you can explore different areas of your life and resolve issues without judgment and criticism.
Another aspect of our program is life coaching. Typical items for coaching includes completing a project, moving on, getting or leaving a job, and/or higher education. We provide life coaching to support any aspect of your life, listening to you and offering encouragement to help you get where you want to be. Sometimes past experiences will cause doubt, and so we work through these barriers to find your life’s purpose.
